By making a purchase in Pipa Pirita’s online store(https://www.pipapirita.com), the User declares to have read and accepted the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Data Registration
To complete any order, the User must provide personal data through the form included in the purchase process. This information is essential to correctly manage orders and ensure a secure shopping experience.
Data requested includes (but is not limited to):

- E-mail address
- Shipping address
- Telephone number
- Payment information
The User is responsible for ensuring that the data provided are truthful, updated and complete. All information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the current regulations on personal data protection (RGPD).
Purchase and Payment Process
Once the products have been selected, the User will be able to finalize the purchase through the “ADD TO CART” button. The total amount will include the price of the products, applicable taxes (VAT) and shipping costs, if any.
Pipa Pirita accepts payments through:
- Virtual POS
- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
These methods guarantee a secure payment environment. At no time Pipa Pirita has access to the User’s bank details, as the transaction is carried out through an encrypted gateway.
Payments by bank transfer, cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not accepted.
The order will be processed only after confirmation of payment. In case of error in the transaction, the User will be informed so that he/she can review his/her data or try again. For any incident, please write to: info@pipapirita.com.
Sale under reserve
When you see a product in the online store that says “Available on stock”, it means that there is no stock of that part at the time of purchase.
This jewel is handcrafted, piece by piece, with the care and dedication you deserve.
Once your reservation is made, we start the creation process in the workshop, and it will be sent within a maximum of 15 days.
Thank you for valuing the time of handmade work. Your waiting makes possible a unique jewel, designed to shine with you.
Shipping and Handling
Pipa Pirita ships throughout Spain and the following countries at the following rates:
- Spain Peninsular: 4,90 €.
- Balearic Islands: 6,90 €.
- Canary Islands: 11,90 €.
- Portugal Peninsular: 5,90 €.
- International Zone 1 (Germany and France): 16,50 €.
- International Zone 2 (Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and United Kingdom): 18.50 €.
- International Zone 3 (Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland): 23,50 €.
- International Zone 4 (Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden): 21,00 € 21,00
- International Zone 5 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Norway and Serbia): 26,90 €.
- International Zone 6 (Greece and Turkey): 33,00 € 33,00
Charges are automatically calculated before finalizing the order.
We work with Correos Express, which delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be handled the next business day.
During special campaigns (sales, promotions, Christmas…), delivery times may vary. In the event of any delay, Pipa Pirita undertakes to inform the customer.
*The costs may vary according to the volume or weight of the order.
*Orders to the Canary Islands or countries outside the European Union are shipped without VAT. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties or handling charges that may be applied at destination.
If the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the data provided, Pipa Pirita is not responsible for delays or additional costs.
During the completion of the purchase you can choose Pick up at the workshop if you want to save shipping costs and pick up your order at our workshop in Vigo. When your order is ready we will contact you to arrange a day and time for pick up.
Click & Collect
In addition to home delivery, Pipa Pirita offers the possibility of collection at authorized points through the Click & Collect service of Correos Express.
Once you enter your shipping information, you will be able to select this option and pick up your order at the nearest point, with total comfort.
The availability of this option will be confirmed during the purchase process.

Each product sheet includes detailed information on the dimensions and characteristics of the jewelry.
Jewelry Care
On our website you will find a section dedicated to the care and maintenance of your pieces so that they retain their beauty for much longer.
Order Modification or Cancellation
You will be able to modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet left our workshop.

Returns and Exchanges
The User has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or refund.
Conditions:
- The parts must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- The shipping costs derived from the exchange or return shall be borne by the customer, except in case of defective product or shipping error.
- No returns will be accepted for customized or made-to-order parts, except for defects of origin.
How to manage a return?
- Write to us at info@pipapirita.com indicating your order number.
- You will receive shipping instructions.
- Once we have received the part and checked its condition, we will proceed to the corresponding refund or the requested exchange.
Warranty
Pipa Pirita works with high quality materials and craftsmanship. Any claim or incident will be handled through the following e-mail address info@pipapirita.com.
Offers and Promotions
The offers and promotions will be valid for the period specified by the company and may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
